"Create a simple meat stew with olives and capers (picadillo-style) recipe in metric units. Keep it cost-conscious, suitable for a household of 4, and straightforward for an advanced home cook. Avoid shellfish, turkey, and kale. Make it hearty, savory, and easy to serve with rice or potatoes. Include a stovetop method and keep the ingredients accessible."
