Original Prompt

"Create a gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, corn-free Tuscan Chicken & White Bean Stew for 3 people, using imperial units, minimal processing, low-inflammation ingredients, and beginner-friendly steps. Keep it quick and easy where possible (15-30 min active time is ideal), but preserve the rustic Tuscan flavor. Adapt the original method to avoid chicken bones if needed, and replace asiago with a safe alternative or omit it. Include ingredient amounts, clear steps, and note any optional garnish. Use stovetop/Dutch oven."
