Original Prompt

"Create a gluten-free Mexican Picadillo Pasties recipe for 3 people, using imperial units, with minimal processing, beginner-friendly, quick and easy (15-30 min active time if possible), and avoiding gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, and corn. Keep the comforting picadillo flavors with ground beef, potatoes, pinto beans, poblano, tomatoes, and warm spices. Include a flaky gluten-free pastry and offer a dairy-free sauce option if appropriate. Make it suitable for a moderate budget and low-inflammation rotation diet."
