Original Prompt

"Create a dairy-free, wheat-free, corn-free, from-scratch version of Allrecipes 'No-Peek Chicken' for a household of 3. Keep it beginner-friendly, quick and easy (15-30 minutes active time), minimal processing, and suitable for an omnivore with low-inflammation preferences. Use imperial units only. Avoid gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, soy, sesame, and corn. Make it a complete recipe with ingredients, clear steps, bake time, and any helpful notes for substitutions if needed. Use from-scratch sauce components instead of canned soup or packaged mixes."
