Original Prompt

"Create a beginner-friendly chicken tetrazzini recipe for 3 people using imperial units. Keep it quick and easy (15-30 minutes active time if possible), budget-conscious, and aligned with minimal processing and low-inflammation preferences. Must avoid gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, and corn. Use simple whole-food ingredients and suggest a gluten-free pasta or alternative if needed. Include oven or stovetop instructions as appropriate."
