"Basic Pizza Dough 200ml (6% fluid oz.) of water 1 Tablespoon Olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 375g/ 2½ cups Bread flour 1½ teaspoons yeast Mix all ingredients together to form dough. Turn into a covered bowl, and set aside in a warm place until dough doubles in size. Punch down dough and roll to shape ona lightly floured surface. Makes two 20cm (74") thin round bases, or one large 25cm (10") base."
