Original Prompt

"Create a dairy-free, gluten-free, corn-free version of Taste of Home's Homemade Fish Sticks, including a homemade tartar sauce that is also dairy-free, gluten-free, and corn-free. Make it beginner-friendly, quick and easy (15-30 minutes if possible), suitable for a household of 3, and use minimal processing with low-inflammatory ingredients. Use imperial units only. Avoid all gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, soy, sesame, and corn ingredients. Include ingredient substitutions and clear step-by-step instructions. Keep the recipe close in spirit to classic fish sticks with tartar sauce, but ensure all ingredients are safe for the listed allergies."
