Original Prompt

"Create a beginner-friendly, quick and easy grilled rainbow trout fillets recipe inspired by Mediterranean flavors, adapted from a whole-fish grilled trout recipe. Use rainbow trout fillets instead of whole fish. Make it suitable for a household of 3, with minimal processing, low inflammation, and moderate budget. Keep it gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, and corn-free. Include imperial measurements only. Aim for 15-30 minutes total time. Include simple grilling or air fryer options if helpful, but the main recipe should be for grilled fillets. Avoid ingredients that are not necessary for a clean, fresh Mediterranean-style flavor."
