Original Prompt

"Create a gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, and corn-free Beef Bourguignon Cottage Pie adapted from the user's provided method. Keep it beginner-friendly, quick/easy where possible, minimal processing, low-inflammation leaning, and suitable for a household of 3. Use imperial units only. Preserve the classic flavor profile while making safe substitutions for the allergies (for example, dairy-free mashed potato topping and gluten-free thickening). Include clear ingredients and step-by-step instructions."
