If you do wish to add them, you can buy canned snails - you will find them in specialist Spanish or French food shops. 6 tablespoons olive oil 750 g/26 0z. chicken pieces, cut into small portions (see Tip below) Location 207 of 1726 14% 500 g/18 0z. rabbit pieces, cut into small portions (see Tip below) 1 large onion, finely chopped 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped 2 teaspoons sweet paprika V4 teasp0on saffron strands, ground 1.5 litres/generous 6 cups hot chicken stock (see page 15) 500 g/18 oz. mixed beans, such as runner beans, shelled broad/fava beans and cooked butter beans 400 g/generous 2 cups bomba, Calasparra or arborio rice sea salt Serves 6-8"
