"Every meal should have a veggie and protein - he inhales his food and then thinks he needs more. Best to give him time to digest his food and could offer him a 2nd helping of veggies if he thinks he wants more food ● He likes to eat dinner when he gets home from school at 3:30pm ● Loves fruits ● Loves many Veggies: cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli (made crispy in oven), spinach (made crispy in oven), pickles (dill spears), bell peppers (raw or cooked), beans (likes black beans, refried), mushrooms, brussels sprouts ● Proteins: hard boiled eggs or fried eggs, tofu, beans, chicken if breaded or stir fry, hamburgers, steak ● Loves rice (he likes to add soy sauce to it), miso soup with extra tofu, ramen with tofu ● Some meals he eats: gyoza (steamed), chicken katsu, cucumber sushi (just cucumber and rice wrapped in nori), chicken stir fry, japanese hot pot, chicken noodle soup, cheese quesadillas with beans and rice on the side ● He won’t eat grilled chicken Evan ● Every meal should have a veggie and protein ● Likes almost no sauces ● Doesn’t eat cheese or eggs ● Not crazy about tortillas except sometimes corn tortillas ● Loves garlic ● Loves lemon flavor ● He usually likes to eat dinner when he gets home from school at 4:15pm, but sometimes he wants to wait, he likes to have input into what he is eating ● Likes very few fruits, just strawberries, raspberries, pears, watermelon, mangoes, oranges & clementines (cold in fridge) ● Likes smoothies, he can tell you what he likes in them ● Veggies: cucumber, broccoli (made crispy in oven), spinach (made crispy in oven), pickles, raw carrots (not baby carrots), raw celery, kale (crispy in oven), brussels sprouts (crispy in air fryer or oven) ● Proteins: chicken, snapper, hamburger, breakfast sausage (pork)"
