Original Prompt

"Create a bean and chili dip recipe for a household of 3. Keep it quick and easy (15-30 minutes), beginner-friendly, budget-conscious, and made with minimal processing. Must avoid gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, and corn. Use ingredients that support a low-inflammation, rotation-diet-friendly omnivore meal. Include imperial units only. Make it a warm dip suitable for serving with safe gluten-free, corn-free dippers or vegetables. Include clear prep and cooking steps, and keep the flavor balanced and approachable."
