"Create a beginner-friendly Swedish Chicken with Mushrooms recipe for 3 people. Keep it quick and easy (15–30 minutes), budget-conscious, minimally processed, and suitable for a rotation diet with low-inflammation focus. Use only gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, and corn-free ingredients. Include mushrooms and a Swedish-inspired creamy-style sauce without dairy (use a safe alternative like coconut milk or cashew-free option). Use imperial units only.
