"Create a recipe inspired by 'Sev tameta with basil yoghurt' from Modern Masala by Sanjana Modha. Use the following ingredients as the core: brown onions, ginger, tomatoes, oil, black mustard seeds, cumin seeds, tomato purée, Kashmiri chilli powder, ground turmeric, salt, sugar, ground cinnamon, basil leaves, plain yoghurt, usal sev. Make it beginner-friendly, for 2 servings, with 7-8 ingredients only, metric units, and suitable for a home cook with average cooking time. Avoid shellfish. Include clear, simple steps and keep the recipe concise."
