Original Prompt

"Create a complete dinner recipe for 6 servings featuring herb-stuffed pork chops with roasted green beans, roasted carrots, and a simple rice pilaf. Keep it gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, and corn-free. Use minimal processing, low-inflammation-friendly ingredients, beginner-friendly steps, and imperial units. Include oven/stovetop timing so the sides can be made alongside the pork chops. Keep it practical for a moderate budget and 15-30 minute active prep if possible."
