Original Prompt

"Create a from-scratch American goulash inspired by Chef John’s American Goulash, but make it dairy free, wheat free, and corn free. Use minimal processing, beginner-friendly steps, and keep it quick/easy (about 15-30 minutes active time). Make it suitable for a household of 3, with moderate budget concerns and low-inflammation leanings. Use common ingredients and avoid gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, soy, sesame, and corn. Include imperial measurements only. Provide a complete recipe with ingredients, instructions, and any helpful notes/substitutions."
