"Recipe for Cafe Latte Braggot (Lactose Sweetened) with 1 gallon water, 2 lbs honey, 2 lbs pale malt extract, 1/2 cup coffee grounds (medium or mild roast, steeped hot then cooled), 8 oz lactose, vanilla bean or vanilla extract for aromatics, and neutral ale yeast. Brew as for braggot, add sweeteners and coffee after primary fermentation."
