Original Prompt

"Create a beginner-friendly Brazilian-style pot roast for 3 people, using minimal processing, quick and easy preparation, and low-inflammatory ingredients where possible. Keep it gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, and corn-free. Use imperial units. Include a flavorful braising sauce with Brazilian-inspired seasonings, and make it suitable for stovetop, oven, or slow cooker if possible. Aim for a comforting pot roast with vegetables."
