How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for DishGen Pro, you get a full week to explore all the advanced features without any charge. If you love the experience (and we believe you will!), you'll be billed after the trial period ends. Should you choose to cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
I already have a DishGen account, why do I need to subscribe to Pro?
"Premium" and "Basic" accounts do not allow for distributing recipes. DishGen Pro enhances your existing account by allowing commercial use of our AI-generated recipes, perfect for marketing and product promotion. Plus, you get advanced features like the Idea Generator for more creative options, the AI Food Photos tool for marketing visuals, and access to a vast library of 3,000+ curated recipes which you can also use commercially.
Is unlimited truly unlimited?
While we do have high-level rate limiting in place to prevent abuse, DishGen Pro offers unlimited access to all of its features in real-world usage. You can use the Idea Generator, Recipe Creator, and Recipe Modification tools as much as you like. However, image generations do have a rate limit of approximately 25 per month.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
DishGen offers a 7-day free trial for you to explore all its features at no cost. This way, you can make an informed decision before any payment. Due to the nature of our service and the trial period provided, we don't offer refunds for past purchases. However, subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid future billings.
