Stir in garlic and mushrooms , cook until mushrooms are brown (7-10 mins) 2. in a bowl combine miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetable broth. 3. pour mixture into pan with mushrooms 4. add heavy cream and thicken for 3-5 minutes 5. add bucatini into the sauce and add pasta water for consistency. season with salt and pepper 6. remove from heat and stir in parsley and sesame seeds.
