Umami-Infused Bucatini with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

"12oz bucatini 2 tbsp olive oil 8oz sliced mushrooms(shiitake, cremini, button) 1 medium onion chopped 4 cloves garlic minced 2 tbsp white miso paste 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 cup vegetable broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp sesame seeds fresh basil 1. cook bucatini + save 1 cup of pasta water 2. heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes or until translucent 3. Stir in garlic and mushrooms , cook until mushrooms are brown (7-10 mins) 2. in a bowl combine miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetable broth. 3. pour mixture into pan with mushrooms 4. add heavy cream and thicken for 3-5 minutes 5. add bucatini into the sauce and add pasta water for consistency. season with salt and pepper 6. remove from heat and stir in parsley and sesame seeds. Top with basil and serve. What kind of meat would be good with this"
