Ultimate Cocoa Brownies
"Give me the BEST recipe for a chocolatey, rich brownie. However, you will have to swap some ingredients because I don't have them. I do not have butter, chocolate, brown sugar, any sort of flour other than all purpose flour. However I have the rest, including but not limited to rice bran oil and soybean oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, white sugar, whisking machine, etc. I want the BEST possible recipe according to what I have. Also, I have a Miyako Model MT-190R oven.
