"Create a recipe for a breakfast okonomiyaki-style pancake using a mix of seafood (not Japanese or Saint Lucian) with a custardy cabbage pancake base. The recipe should be inspired by global flavors, excluding Japanese and Saint Lucian influences, suitable for 2 servings, with prep time around 15 minutes and cook time around 12 minutes. Use imperial units."
