Original Prompt

"Create a quick, easy chicken sandwich with sun-dried tomato aioli for 3 people. Keep it beginner-friendly, 15-30 minutes, minimal processing, low-inflammation leaning, and safe for allergies: no gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, soy, sesame, or corn. Use imperial units only. Include a simple chicken preparation, a sun-dried tomato aioli made without dairy/soy, and sandwich assembly using gluten-free bread or lettuce wraps as an option."
