Smoky Raspberry Pulled Pork Sliders

"About 6 Cups Smoked and Pulled**Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders with Raspberry Slaw** Ingredients:· About 6 cups of smoked and pulled pork shoulder· 1 package of 12 brioche slider rolls or King's Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half· 1 bag of coleslaw mix· Raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing· Girls Gone Grillin’ cherry chipotle BBQ sauce· Girls Gone Grillin’ sweet and sticky BBQ seasoning· Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning Instructions: · Preheat your smoker to 225°F. · Score the fat cap of the pork shoulder crosswise. · Season the pork shoulder on all sides with Girls Gone Grillin’ sweet and sticky BBQ rub and Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning. No binder is needed, so there's no mess. · Place the pork shoulder directly on the smoker, fat side up. Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 165°F - 170°F. · Remove the pork from the smoker and place it in an aluminum pan, fat side up. Cover it with tinfoil and return it to the smoker. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 203°F. · Once done, leave the pork in the aluminum pan, covered with tin foil, and place it in a cooler. Cover the cooler with old towels and let it rest for at least one hour, preferably longer. · After resting, shred the pork shoulder, remove the bone, and season the shredded pork with additional Girls Gone Grillin’ sweet and sticky BBQ rub. Super Easy Slaw:· In a bowl, combine one bag of coleslaw mix in a bowl 3 of a bottle of raspberry vinaigrette dressing.· Toss together until well mixed. Assembling the Sliders: 1. Cut the slider rolls in half. 2. Place a generous portion of pulled pork on the bottom half of each roll. 3. Drizzle with BBQ sauce, then add a scoop of the raspberry slaw. 4. Place the tops of the rolls on the sliders, and they are ready to serve! Enjoy! Pork Shoulder "
