Original Prompt

"Create a dairy-free, corn-free, gluten-free version of Taste of Home's 'Ultimate Pot Roast' adapted for a beginner cook, using minimal processing, low-inflammation-friendly ingredients, and quick/easy instructions where possible. Keep it as a classic pot roast with beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, broth, herbs, and a simple gravy or sauce thickened without gluten or corn. Avoid all dairy, gluten, corn, nuts, soy, sesame, and shellfish. Use imperial units only. Make it suitable for a household of 3 with moderate budget concerns, and include oven or slow cooker options if helpful."
