"Sausage and Peppers Ingredients 1. 6 links of good Italian sausage (hot or sweet*) 2. 3 bell peppers, diced 3. Basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste 4. 4 tablespoons of olive oil Saute sausage in the olive oil until brown and remove. In the juice, add the diced peppers and cook until tender.
