"Sesame with Steamed Eggs Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 15 minutes | Serves 4 3 medium eggs 2 teaspoons sea salt 1 cup water Soy sauce Sesame oil 1 scallion, finely chopped 1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Pour the eggs through a sieve into a steam-proof dish. Add the sea salt to the dish, and whisk it into the eggs. 2. In your wok over high heat, bring the water to a boil. Place a steamer rack or colander with legs in the wok. Carefully place the dish with the eggs in the wok, and cover the dish with a heat-proof plate. Turn the heat to low, and steam the eggs for 15 minutes. 3. Carefully remove the dish. Serve the eggs with soy sauce and sesame oil and garnished with a chopped scallion."
