Original Prompt

"Create a beginner-friendly pot roast with porcini mushrooms for a household of 3. Keep it quick and easy for a home cook, using minimal processing and low-inflammatory ingredients where possible. Exclude gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, and corn entirely. Use imperial units only. Include a flavorful beef pot roast with porcini mushrooms, suitable for stovetop, oven, slow cooker, or pressure cooker if helpful, but keep the recipe straightforward and practical."
