"Create a goofy candy-shop mocktail recipe called 'Nano — Freakless & Funny Candy Mix + Licorice Soda' made with non-caffeinated lemon-lime soda, a touch of licorice flavor, blue mermaid-style flavored syrup, gummy stars, and colorful fruit candies. Include a small bowl of mixed whimsical candies served alongside. Make it fun, playful, and accurate, with imperial units only. Keep it non-alcoholic and suitable as a mocktail."
