Morning Sunrise Egg Strata
"Sunrise Breakfast Egg Strata 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 cups lean diced ham 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder dozen beaten eggs 24-ounce carton of cottage cheese Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the bottom of a 9"x 13" baking dish. Tip dish to coat. Mix remaining ingredients and other 1 tablespoon butter and pour on top. Bake at 400 de- grees for 30-40 minutes or until top is nicely browned and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve. Freezes and reheats in micro- wave well."
