"Creamy Apricot Clafoutis Without Fat Ingredients: 3 eggs 350g apricots 120g sugar 100g flour 200ml milk 1 vanilla bean Preparation: Wash the apricots well, cut them in half, and set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer until the mixture is frothy. Gradually add the sifted flour, continuing to mix with the mixer at a higher speed. Slowly add the milk, which should not be too cold, and mix the batter with a spatula from bottom to top. Grease a 18-20 cm (7-8 inch) cake pan. Pour the batter into the pan and add the apricots. Bake the apricot clafoutis in a preheated static oven at 160/170°C (320/338°F) for about 45-50 minutes. If the surface darkens, cover it with a sheet of parchment paper. When the cake is golden, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 1 hour. Then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Serve the creamy apricot clafoutis without fat."
