Original Prompt

"Create a dairy-free, corn-free, gluten-free Hot & Sour Vegetable Soup for 3 people. Keep it beginner-friendly, quick and easy (15-30 minutes), low-inflammation, and use minimal processing. Include safe ingredient substitutions that avoid dairy, gluten, nuts, shellfish, and corn. Use imperial units only. Make it a vegetable-forward soup with a classic hot-and-sour flavor profile, suitable for an omnivore household, and keep the recipe simple for stovetop cooking."
